I am a bioinformatician with a background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Medical Informatics, and Computational Biology. In my current position at the ICBR Bioinformatics Core (University of Florida) I am responsible for developing and applying high-performance computational pipelines for genomic research. My main areas of activity are the analysis of NGS data, personalized medicine, and bioinformatics training.
